Project refinement & Rendering
A modification of the project included, if necessary, following the interim meeting, and the creation of a portfolio of photorealistic images to illustrate the design proposals in detail.

Final project dossier
A final presentation meeting to approve the final version of the project.

Quotation submission
Submission of a detailed price quotation covering freestanding furniture, custom-made furniture and decorative elements included in the project, as well as an estimated budget for any necessary work, if fitting-out work is required to complete the project.

SITE MONITORING & COORDINATION
Construction site monitoring aims to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications, within the agreed timeframe, budget and quality standards. It also ensures coordination between the various parties involved and the rapid resolution of any issues that may arise.
