Terms and Conditions for Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of the HEMMAMIA SA website (hereinafter ‘the Site’) implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU), as well as all legal provisions applicable in Switzerland.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

2. Licence to use


We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the Site and use it for strictly personal and non-commercial purposes.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • reproduce, copy, sell or exploit, for commercial purposes, any content of the Site (images, texts, descriptions, logos, trademarks, design, layout, etc.) without the express authorisation of HEMMAMIA SA;

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction


These Terms of Use are subject to Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of HEMMAMIA SA, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
